In this role you will initiate and drive the growth of the 2plan Wealth Management group by proactively identifying, attracting, and recruiting high‑quality Financial Advisers, Appointed Representatives (ARs), and RI’s who meet company standards and contribute to long‑term, profitable expansion. The role provides a strong presence in the external market, promotes the 2plan proposition, and supports new recruits to help ensure successful onboarding, early growth, and long-term retention. What will you need to succeed? Demonstrable experience in financial services recruitment, adviser acquisition, or regulated business development. Experience in the mortgage, protection, or financial advice sectors. Knowledge of the regulatory environment, data protection, financial crime, and FCA expectations. Has a financial awareness of the 2plan and Openwork group business model. Has a deep understanding of the 2plan proposition. Has a deep understanding of the wider UK FS distribution landscape Understands and can demonstrate how 2plan fits and its strategic positioning in the wider Market. Understands and can demonstrate the technology of 2plan. Is aware of and adheres to the recruitment process in 2plan Maintains knowledge of competitor propositions and can represent the Company as a market leading alternative. Maintains knowledge of the methods used to promote 2plan Maintains knowledge of the product proposition and can express the advantages for 2plan. Confident decision‑making regarding candidate suitability, business risk, and proposition fit. Ability to prioritise, plan, and manage workload effectively; able to work both independently and collaboratively.
