The Opportunity

This is a product marketing‑led role at its core. You'll own messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market execution for a portfolio of digital health solutions, including a flagship clinical decision support tool used by healthcare professionals worldwide. Reporting to the Senior Strategic Marketing Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of product, commercial, and clinical — translating complex healthcare technology into clear value propositions that resonate with diverse global audiences.

This role is ideal for a product marketer who understands healthcare audiences — not just how to write about them, but how they think, what they need, and how to reach them at the right moment in the buying journey.


What You'll Be Doing

* Positioning & messaging — develop clear, differentiated value propositions for multiple audiences: end users, decision‑makers, and institutional purchasers across global markets.
* Go‑to‑market — lead GTM planning and execution for new product features and solution launches, working closely with product, UX, and technology teams to ensure market readiness.
* Audience intelligence — build deep understanding of audience segments and personas within healthcare and health tech; translate insights into strategy and content.
* Commercial enablement — equip sales and marketing colleagues with product insights, competitive intelligence, and market analysis to sharpen how solutions are positioned and sold.
* Stakeholder influence — work across a broad set of internal and external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, senior healthcare professionals, and cross‑functional teams, aligning them around product marketing strategy.
* Market intelligence — monitor the competitive landscape, identify trends, and feed insights back into product and commercial strategy.


What We're Looking For

* Proven B2B product marketing experience within health tech or a closely related healthcare environment — essential, not desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to turn complex clinical or technical concepts into sharp, audience‑specific messaging.
* Strong command of the product marketing toolkit: segmentation, persona development, value proposition design, GTM frameworks.
* Experience influencing senior stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing.
* A track record of go‑to‑market strategies that landed: campaigns and launches you can speak to with measurable outcomes.
* Customer‑focused, commercially aware, and collaborative — you thrive in cross‑functional environments and know how to balance multiple priorities.
