Overview
Year 5 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled classroom practitioner who is passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential. Beginning September 2025.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
* Inspire and motivate pupils to develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.
* Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN or EAL.
* Assess, track, and report on pupil progress.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including trips, clubs, and events.
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, particularly Year 5.
* Ability to engage, challenge, and support pupils of varying abilities.
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills as a Year 5 Teacher.
* A collaborative, reflective, and enthusiastic approach.
