Job Description:
How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk
Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to our clients.
The work is interesting, varied, and high profile, especially given the current economic climate and increasing complexity in risk and regulatory issues.
You can expect to work in areas such as:
* Modelling and Model Risk Management: Working with clients on model development, validation, governance, and learning coding languages, supporting climate and credit risk modelling.
* Financial Risk and Resilience: Supporting clients in prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks, providing assurance, deal support, and optimization.
* Wholesale: Assisting wholesale clients with conduct risk, risk transformation, internal controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
* Retail: Focusing on retail clients, involving conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, across sectors like asset management, insurance, and banking.
Growth Opportunities:
Our three-year programme helps you develop expertise in risk management across finance sectors, with support toward the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification.
Teams:
You will work with teams advising on regulatory compliance and integrating sustainability into risk management, making a positive impact and solving business challenges with tailored solutions.
If you are curious, resilient, and agile, you could thrive with us.
Application Info:
We value diverse perspectives and assess candidates based on qualifications and qualities. Typical requirements include GCSE Math and English Grade 5 or B, 120 UCAS points from top 3 A Levels, and a 2:1 degree in any discipline. We encourage applications even if you are slightly below these grades, considering your overall potential.
Training & Development:
We offer a comprehensive learning environment, including an immersive induction, formal courses, leadership sessions, and online resources. The FRM certification is supported through online and in-person courses, with flexible study options aligned with your training contract, including travel to training centers as part of our hybrid model.
