Our client, an award-winning interior design consultancy, is seeking a Accounts Assistant to join their team in Windsor, Berkshire.

This opportunity involves working within the finance department to assist in adhering to processes, controls, and systems within the business.
As Accounts Assistant, your tasks include:
* Managing accounts receivable and credit control, including chasing debtors and supplier queries
* Processing and logging purchase and sales invoices in Sage
* Performing daily bank reconciliations and monthly supplier statement reconciliations
* Supporting monthly management reporting and end-of-month processes
* Assisting Contract Managers with CVR updates
* Managing expenses, VAT calculations, and weekly payment runs
* Acting as point of contact for external auditors during annual audit
* Assisting with finance process improvements and efficiencies
* Providing cover for the Accounts Assistant
* Filing invoices and statements
* Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks is essential
