Description:
Part-time/Full-time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days per week in a busy, mixed practice near Lowestoft, Suffolk
1. Up to 5000 UDAs
2. £13-£14 per UDA depending on skillset and experience
3. 50% split on Private & Labs
4. 3 fully computerised surgeries
5. Sponsorship available for 4-5 day roles
6. Set in a beautiful converted house, located in a tree-lined residential road
7. iTero Scanner, OPG, Digital X-rays
8. Practice provides Cosmetic Dentistry, General and Restorative surgery.
9. Support Team and Therapist on site
10. Available from November/December, negotiable
Compliance requirements:
* Full NHS Performer Number
* Local Area Team confirmation
* GDC certificate
* UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
* Indemnity certificate
* Passport
* Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
* Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
* Degree certificate
* CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
* IRMER
* PIN number
