KEY TASKS
* Implement the CETUS Software Integrity Policy as an integral approach to the delivery of Secure by Design (SbD) security and cyber assurance.
* Manage software aspects of CETUS Safety hazards, especially those related to assurance of remote and autonomous control activities.
* In conjunction with stakeholders, develop detailed CETUS test plans to provide evidence supporting the transition to full (level 4) autonomous operation of CETUS both on the surface and when submerged.
* Develop and manage an agreed approach to data security of SCYLLA AUV and equipment, including the secure transfer of navigational data from the A-Class combat system to SCYLLA equipment and its subsequent management.
* Establish an agreed approach for conducting CETUS trials involving SECRET payloads and/or SECRET data generation.
* Liaise with regulators and stakeholders on developing practical and pragmatic regulations and guidance for the safe and secure operation of marine autonomous systems.
* Provide general assistance to the SDA-AU team for the efficient delivery of its project outputs.
EXPERIENCE
Essential
* Experience as a software and cyber analyst with a background in implementing product security and cyber assurance.
* Ability to lead and advance software and cyber matters independently with minimal peer support or oversight.
Desirable
* Experience applying secure by design principles to products with safety-critical software.
* Experience in building trust in autonomous systems.
