Your role
* Contract Administration of NEC4 contracts (Varying Main Options)
* Budgeting/forecasting/risk management/cost reporting/payment processing.
* Complying/responding with contractual timescales on behalf of the client.
* Working within a team of professionals delivering cost planning and cost reporting in line with the project programme.
* Liaising with key clients, their stakeholders, continually developing client relationships; attending site and doing interim valuations where required.
* Assisting in assessing final accounts.
* To be a good ambassador for your profession.
About You
* Working towards or interested in achieving Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or equivalent.
* Qualified to degree level in Quantity Surveying or equivalent by experience.
* A courteous manner with a high level of professionalism and team working skills.
* Good IT and communication skills.
* Knowledge of standard methods of measurement; ability to present well with good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements, relevant training will be provided as part of the induction process.
* NEC3 or NEC4 contract experience would be an advantage.
