Shipping Clerk - Temporary Ongoing Assignment We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Shipping Clerk to join a leading food production company based in Canning Town. This is a Temporary Ongoing Position with a chance to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. About the Role: Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, rotating between days and nights. Training will be conducted during the first few weeks, which will be on day shifts. Hourly Rate: £19.89 per hour Location: Canning Town Key Responsibilities: Accurately complete distribution documentation for loading and delivery, maintaining in-house business systems. Collaborate with third-party transport providers and internal teams to prioritize bulk loading operations and achieve OTIFT (On Time in Full) targets. Ensure Certificates of Analysis and all necessary documentation are correctly completed for all outgoing loads. Conduct and record Quality & Environmental checks within the Bulk Loading area. Adhere to safety protocols and systems of work, including Permit to Work (HWP, CSP) and TBRA procedures. About You: To succeed in this role, you will need: Previous experience in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
