The Role As Finance Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the school’s financial management — ensuring accuracy, compliance and clarity across all systems and processes. You’ll work closely with the Head and Council of Management to provide strategic financial insight and guide key decisions that shape the school’s future. We’re looking for someone who is: * ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent) * Experienced (3–5 years) in finance management or a busy accounts environment * Confident leading others and managing workload effectively * Skilled in Excel and digital finance systems * Organised, proactive and calm under pressure * A warm communicator with a genuine team spirit Experience in an education setting is a bonus but not essential.
