The Opportunity
In a full 360 capacity, you will sell recruitment solutions to a defined market, develop long-term client partnerships, and manage the full recruitment life cycle. You'll build talent pipelines, consult with customers, and deliver solutions that solve real business challenges.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to move away from a large corporate environment or a role where progression is limited, and step into a business that encourages entrepreneurial thinking and personal development.
The Role:
* Market Mapping
* Building Talent Pools
* Sourcing leads, conducting discovery and selling solutions
* Cold calling, business development and personal branding
* Negotiating contracts, offers and placements
* Sourcing Candidates, interviewing and marketing skill sets
