Purpose of the role
To ensure the efficient fulfilment and timely dispatch of all sample orders, supporting a high standard of customer service. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring product quality, and working collaboratively across departments to deliver a seamless sample service experience.
The day to day
1. To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements
2. To ensure same day dispatch of customer sample orders to maintain the high standard of service within the Sample Service Department.
3. To liaise and work with the necessary team members and departments to help resolve any issues in a timely manner.
