Role: Customer Quality Administrator

How You'll Make an Impact
* Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of customer satisfaction survey requests (utilizing tools such as Salesforce.com)
* Coordinate follow-up actions from customer satisfaction survey requests.
* Help prepare presentations.
* Oversee the creation, revision, and management of documents and instructions
* Analyze customer data to generate insights and recommendations that enhance business performance
* Drive process development and continuous improvement within the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
* Liaise with Third Party Survey Provider on a regular basis for problem solving issues.
