Overview
Our client, a successful family-run company serving EMEA clients, is seeking a Sales Support Administrator fluent in German and English (C1 level). Based in Waltham Cross, this role involves working onsite Monday to Friday.
Role Details
This is an entry-level position offering growth opportunities within the company. Key responsibilities include:
1. Processing sales orders in both English and German
2. Liaising with UK and German sales reps to meet client needs
3. Supporting sales teams with orders, customer inquiries, and product information
4. Communicating with customers via email and phone to resolve queries
5. Participating in trade shows and showroom events in the UK, France, and Germany, assisting customers and taking orders
6. Coordinating logistics with freight agents and warehouse staff
7. Managing key accounts and building strong relationships with UK and German clients
8. Handling credit control for German customers
9. Performing administrative tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements
1. Fluent in written and spoken German
2. Experience in office administration and customer service
3. Organized with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
4. Excellent communication skills and a friendly telephone manner
5. Proficiency in Excel and CRM software
