Robert Half are exclusively partnering with a Private Equity firm to recruit a Fund Accountant on a 15-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.
The role is based in Mayfair and operates a hybrid working model. A highly competitive salary is on offer, alongside a completion bonus payable at the end of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation and delivery of quarterly investor reporting and statutory financial statements.
* Oversee fund accounting activities carried out by external fund administrators
* Support the preparation and execution of investor capital calls and distributions
* Review and analyse cash flow forecasts for the primary funds
* Support in coordinating and managing the year-end audit process for fund entities
* Assist with the review of quarterly portfolio company valuations
* Help monitor and assess portfolio company legal and ownership structures
Candidate Profile
* Professionally qualified accountant (Big 4 background preferred)
* 1-3 years' post-qualification experience within Private Equity, or Big 4 experience with Private Equity exposure
* Degree educated in an analytical or mathematically focused discipline, with a minimum 2:1 classification
