The Role:
To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
Supervise the Housekeeping and Accommodation team, ensuring daily tasks are delivered to high standards
Assist with rotas and stock control and management
Contribute to daily housekeeping duties, such as undertaking regular deep cleaning and replenishment
Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
