Full UK licence and car required
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Our client is looking for a Property Manager with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience to join their high-end office based in Cuffley. A fantastic award-winning company dedicated to giving exceptional service to their clients, you will be working within a busy team managing a portfolio of around (Apply online only) properties.

Responsibilities
* Acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors
* Arranging maintenance on behalf of landlords
* Adhering to compliance by efficient administration
* Processing insurance claims
* Approving and processing invoices
* Arranging gas and electrical safety checks
* Assisting with inventories, check-ins and checkouts
* Negotiating deposit returns
The Individual
* Arla Qualification is advantageous.
* Driver with own vehicle
* Excellent oral and written communications skills.
* Firm knowledge of all property management law
* Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
* Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Be a highly organised and have exceptional diary management skills.
* Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.
