We’re looking for a committed Sous Chef who brings energy, focus, and team spirit. This role offers hands-on involvement across all aspects of kitchen operations— from service and planning to stock and mentoring— in a fast-paced, supportive setting. You’ll work alongside the Sr team and owners to ensure smooth daily service, uphold high standards, and guide the team with integrity.
This Role Includes
* Work closely with the Sr team and owners to deliver consistent, well-executed dishes
* Lead and support junior chefs during prep and service
* Monitor quality, efficiency, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
* Manage stock, ordering, and equipment with precision
* Maintain clear communication and a respectful team dynamic
Skills Required
* Proven experience in a professional kitchen at Jr Sous level
* Strong culinary and organisational skills
* Confidence managing staff and contributing to team development
* Calm leadership with attention to detail, timing, and standards
* Interest in refined vegetarian and vegan cooking — experience not essential, training provided
