Job Description: Parts Advisor (Part-Time) Hours: 3 days per week, 8:00am – 5:00pm Plus: Occasional Saturday mornings (8:00am – 12:00pm) We are recruiting for a customer-focused and sales-driven Parts Advisor to support a busy and fast-paced Parts Department within a machinery retail environment. This is a front-of-house role, ideal for someone who enjoys dealing with customers, has strong sales ability and understands machinery, automotive or groundcare products. The Role Supporting the Parts Manager in the day-to-day running of the department Providing high-quality counter and telephone sales support Advising customers and identifying the correct parts and accessories Proactively driving parts and accessory sales Managing goods inwards and fast-moving stock Assisting with stock control and stock takes Supporting workshop and service teams with parts requirements Maintaining high standards of customer service and complianceWhat We’re Looking For Essential: Proven sales and customer service experience Confident advising and upselling to customers Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload Excellent communication skillsDesirable: Experience within parts, machinery, automotive, agricultural or groundcare sectorsWhat’s on Offer Competitive salary Annual salary reviews Minimum 25 days annual leave (pro rata) Opportunity to join a well-established and growing businessEven if you don’t meet every requirement, my client is happy to support capable individuals looking to grow in the role
