This role exists to ensure the safety, functionality, andpliance of our clients' buildings and estates through expert maintenance services. Your work will directly impact the operational efficiency and safety of these environments.Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' buildings and estates remain open, safe, fit, andpliant by performing both planned and reactive maintenance tasks. You'll provide a proactive maintenance service, meeting Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, while offering timely feedback to onsite contacts and colleagues. Your duties will include liaising with contractors and external suppliers, ensuring safety on site, reporting deficiencies, and adhering to Health and Safety regulations. Additionally, you'll utilise digital platforms for reporting, quoting, and condition appraisal, maintaining the highest standards in client-facing interactions and presentation.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications:COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1), TPCP1 & TPCP1A, ICPN1, and appliances CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-apprenticeship experience in a similar role.
3. Skills: Strong understanding of statutorypliance in building services engineering.
4. Technical Proficiency: IT literate, with experience using the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, TEAMS).
5. Driving License: Full, clean driving license.
