Early Years Practitioner – Level 3
Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to work across welcoming nurseries and primary schools in Salisbury, supporting children at the most important stage of their development.

* Creating safe, happy spaces where children feel confident and cared for
* Supporting children aged 0–5 with their learning, play, and development
* Bringing the EYFS framework to life through fun, creative activities
* Encouraging independence, curiosity, and positive behaviour
* Observing progress and celebrating every milestone, big or small
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and supportive school teams
✅ What We’re Looking For
* A Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Experience working with young children in a nursery or school setting
* A warm, patient, and caring nature
* Confidence, adaptability, and a hands-on approach
* A genuine passion for helping children get the best possible start in life
