Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Revit Technician to join a growing structural engineering cposulatncy in Greater London. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of innovative and technically challenging projects across the residential, commercial, heritage, and public sectors.
Responsibilities
* Create accurate and detailed Revit models and drawings from engineer sketches and design data
* Coordinate models with other disciplines (architectural, MEP, etc.)
* Support the development and implementation of BIM standards and procedures
* Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure delivery is consistent with client expectations
* Contribute to internal reviews and QA processes
The Ideal Candidate
* Advanced knowledge of Revit (min. 4 years\' experience), CAD usage
* Previous experience in a structural engineering consultancy environment
* Understanding of construction detailing, materials, and UK Building Regulations
* Strong communication and team collaboration skills
* A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
