In-house Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Excelcare are a family-owned care home provider operating for over 34 years. We have care and nursing homes, a supported housing business and a home care operation in East London. There is an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the in-house Recruitment Team at our Support Office based in Bromley, Kent.
You would be assisting the Head of Talent Acquisition and working with a well-established, fun and hardworking team to generate an ongoing pipeline of candidates at all levels, using a combination of both traditional and digital methods.
About the role:
* To use your recruitment expertise and experience to find us the best candidate fit for our roles. We use several job boards and other methods to recruit our team members, however this position would suit someone who is proficient with resourcing and head-hunting to explore the passive market to attract talent. A strength in using social media channels will also be a requirement to enhance our presence on these platforms.
* You would be looking at competitors and reaching out to active and passive candidates, focusing on a variety of roles but in particular our more senior positions or niche roles from Deputy/Clinical managers to Directors and teams based at our Support Office which includes PR & Marketing, Finance, HR, Quality & Governance, Digital Transformation, Payroll and more.
* If you have previous experience in the health and social care space either in-house use or with an agency this could be a great opportunity to experience a fresh approach.

It’s a competitive market so tenacity and a flair for converting candidates is key. We operate like an agency and at pace and would expect our new team member to operate in the same way.
* We have an ATS – Applicant Tracking system in place and agreements with job boards as well as a recruiter licence with LinkedIn so you will have the tools to perform efficiently within the role.
About You:
* You should have two years’ experience working in recruitment.
* Experience of onboarding candidates – completing DBS checks, references to ensure compliance.
* You must be able to multi-task; build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent organisation skills and an eye for the detail.
* Strong experience using social media and other professional networks
* A proactive self-starter - Happy working both independently and as part of a team.
* A clear passion for recruitment and the desire to attract and engage talent.
* You will have a flexible approach to tasks, proactively supporting in all areas when needed.
