My client is looking for a Head Housekeeper to take charge of their housekeeping department and ensure their guests enjoy spotless rooms and exceptional service every time they stay.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading, training, and motivating the housekeeping team to deliver high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
* Managing rotas, stock levels, and daily operations efficiently.
* Conducting room inspections to maintain quality control.
* Working closely with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
