About
We have an exciting opportunity for you as our next Senior Sales Operations Specialist for the UK & Ireland. Curious about what this role entails? Let’s dive in:
* Support the Sales Team with contract and order execution from countersignature to payment, including order placement, shipment monitoring, and invoicing in ERP.
* Coordinate with production, logistics, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
* Communicate with customers regarding lead times, invoices, payments, and delivery topics.
* Prepare regular analysis reports such as shipment updates and sales forecasts on a weekly/monthly basis.
* Manage credit insurance lines and monitor payment risks for shipments.
* Mentor and support the local Sales Operations team through training, guidance, and problem-solving expertise.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above.
* 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
* Prior experience in the solar industry and/or international trade is a strong plus.
* Excellent communication and strong data analysis skills.
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Solid knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office tools.
