THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Development & Brand Manager to join a well-established FMCG organisation experiencing continued growth. This full-time permanent position offers a varied role combining product development, supplier relationship management and brand growth across multiple product categories.
You will work closely with brand partners and suppliers to identify market opportunities, analyse sales and competitor data, and support the development and launch of new products. The role will also involve managing product lifecycles, monitoring brand performance and collaborating with sales, marketing and commercial teams to drive category growth across retail, wholesale, pharmacy and e-commerce channels.
LOCATION
Based in Bury St Edmunds with a hybrid working arrangement. Candidates should be located within a commutable distance of the office. The settling‑in period will be full‑time in the office, moving to 2/3 days hybrid.
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience previously within Distribution
* Product, brand management, or Category management
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market, sales, and competitor data
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Experience with Product launches, partner relationship building, and managing product lifecycles
* Commercially aware with strong organisational abilities
* Proactive and hands‑on approach to problem‑solving
* Experience within Health & Beauty, household, or wider FMCG sectors would be highly advantageous
* Comfortable working within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
