This role will involve making admissions decisions on applications against agreed selection criteria, accurately assessing applicants by interpreting relevant legislation and qualifications, and assessing applicants genuine intentions to study via undertaking interviews, as applicable. Assisting in controlling admissions numbers against targets will also form part of the role, as will ensuring knowledge and understanding of UK and international qualifications, including UKVI regulations, remains current and up to date as appropriate.
The successful candidates will have an HND or equivalent relevant experience, experience in decision-making against set criteria, experience in working with databases, CRM or Information Management Systems, and an understanding of working within set procedures and regulations. Candidates will also be required to demonstrate excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
A flexible approach will also be required for the above role, as work patterns will include some evening and weekend work required on occasion. Annual leave may be restricted at certain times of the year to accommodate peak business needs.
