Talent Acquisition Consultant
who can
hit the ground running
and make an immediate impact. Based in Leeds for
2 days per week, you'll play a key role in sourcing top talent across our
Claims function
and supporting
wider business areas
when needed. Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies Source candidates across Claims and other business functions using job boards, social media, and networking Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing expert recruitment guidance Complete all administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including ATS updates, interview coordination, and offer management Promote employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency) Experience working with financial services Ability to quickly adapt and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices
