Responsibilities
* Working in partnership with practice teams to develop and maintain high‑quality practice learning environments through the development of Practice Supervisor/ and Assessor roles.
* Identifying and supporting the development of new Practice Learning Environments to effectively support nursing and midwifery students.
* Leading the delivery of programmes of work such as Flying Start.
* Contributing to the provision of a wide variety of supportive initiatives including Restorative Clinical Supervision and educational activities that meet both quality assurance standards and regulatory body requirements.
* Encouraging a culture that supports and embeds the use of feedback and learning for the Practice Learning Environment to ensure continuous improvement.

As part of the Practice and Professional Development Team, you will work closely with our Care Home Education Facilitator, Practice Education Facilitators and Practice Development Team members. You will have significant experience of supporting and assessing learning in a healthcare setting. You will also develop effective working relationships with practice assessors/supervisors, service leaders and Higher Education Institutes to ensure support is provided across Tayside. You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to meet tight deadlines. The ability to travel across all parts of Tayside is a requirement of this role.
