We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team based in Falmer, East Sussex. Location : Falmer, East Sussex- occasional remote working available, with regular travel to the office required Hours : 40 hours per week – some flexibility on start and finish times available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us Kier has been appointed by Southern Water Services to their £3.1bn Strategic Development Partnership Framework for its Asset Management Period 8 (AMP8). Projects expected to be awarded under the framework include increases in capacity at water supply and wastewater treatment sites, alongside works to improve water safety, quality, recycling, and resilience. What will you be responsible for? As a Commercial Administrator, you'll be working within the Southern Water Commercial and Estimating team, supporting them in ensuring the smooth management of project documentation, contract records, assist with compiling information for submissions and substantiation of queries. Your day to day will include: Monitor and maintain records related to the Commercial Team function Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure timely submission of required documentation Support the implementation and upkeep of document control systems What are we looking for? This role of Commercial Administrator is great for you if: Previous experience in an administrative role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems We take into consideration of following transferable skills when reviewing your application: Experience in managing multiple projects within deadlines that require attention to detail. Effectively prioritise tasks, manage time, and coordinate resources to meet deadlines. Proficiency in technology and working with Microsoft applications.
