Th e Corporate Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. They are responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and efficient welcome experience while managing administrative and operational support tasks. Roles and Responsibilities Providing a concierge service to all guests on arrival, including managing the visitors book, taking jackets, announcing them to their host, and providing drinks. A nswering and directing phone calls in a helpful manner. Ensuring all meeting rooms are clean and tidy and ready for the next meeting. Taking receipt of and preparing catering as. Able to operate AV equipment confidently, resolve routine issues, and follow escalation procedures where necessary. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
