Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Children's Homes Manager at Madiba Limited in Huddersfield, Bradford, Leeds, and Salford. The Children's Homes Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the well-being and development of the children under their care, implementing and monitoring care plans, managing staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
* Experience in managing children's homes or similar residential care settings
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in social care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
* Level 5 qualification; desirable: Degree in Social Work, Social Care, Psychology, or a related field
* Experience working with children with learning disabilities and complex needs
