About the role Working across the breadth of global finance business functions, and alongside partners in wider Cambridge University Press & Assessment, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of change initiatives through a blend of project, product and change management, business analysis and improvement skills. You will manage the Transformation Programme workbook, governance and communications as well as supporting delivery of high priority improvement projects to help us realise our ambitions over the next two years. Your portfolio will adapt throughout the year as priorities evolve, which could include managing business change initiatives to support finance processes and systems delivery or organisational change. About you Collaboration As a project manager and change practitioner with great communication skills, you will partner with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, solve problems, and build connections. You'll help build commitment, unblock challenges, create communications and ensure successful outcomes. You will identify business and systems requirements, change impacts accurately and employ strategies to ensure that change is executed, sustained and embedded.
