East Sussex College Group is on the lookout for a Deputy Marketing Manager to help lead our talented team, shape bold campaigns, and tell the stories that inspire future students. This exciting role will include: As our Deputy Marketing Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for managing exciting campaigns, supporting our brilliant team, and helping to build the College’s brand across Sussex and beyond. From social media strategy to open events, email campaigns to printed materials — you’ll be involved in it all. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to turn plans into action, keeping projects on track and bringing fresh ideas to the table. Whether you’re leading a team meeting, planning a school outreach event, or analysing campaign results, you’ll be playing a big part in helping people discover their future at ESC. Leading in some of the delivery of creative campaigns across web, social, email and print Supporting and mentoring marketing staff and Student Ambassadors Creating engaging content that grabs attention and drives results Representing the college at open days, careers fairs and school visits Helping shape internal and external communications across the Group Using insight and data to track performance and guide decisions Working with external partners like photographers, videographers and printers Stepping in for the Director of Marketing as and when required.
