Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
We are inviting applications from experienced Registered Nurses to join our Ward Team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
We seek enthusiastic, experienced team players to deliver high standards of clinical care, ensuring patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to take on additional roles and extended skills are essential to enhance patient care.
This is a busy department; therefore, the ability to work under pressure and maintain a good sense of humor is crucial. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and flexible with working hours.

What You Will Bring
* Registered nursing qualification or equivalent
* Registered with the NMC
* Experience as a Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse in a ward setting
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs
* Customer service skills
* Computer literacy
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
* Private healthcare experience (advantageous)
