Full time hours on a temporary basis
* Key Responsibilities
o Managing a complex caseload and resolving tenancy and neighbourhood issues
o Investigating and responding to Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases
o Supporting customers with tenancy-related matters and safeguarding concerns
o Conducting estate inspections and neighbourhood checks
o Working collaboratively with residents, contractors, local authorities, and partner agencies
o Ensuring compliance with housing policies, procedures, and legislation
o Delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes for residents
o Identifying opportunities to improve neighbourhoods and community safety
