Qualifications:
* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
* Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
* Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in a school setting.
* Familiarity with language RtI groups and screening processes.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
* Proficiency in languages such as Nepali and Kinyarwanda is a plus.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct language screenings and assessments for students by October.
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results.
* Collaborate with special education teams to support students language needs.
* Provide direct intervention to students in language RtI groups.
* Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions.
* Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities.
