Your new role
1. Reception duties – recording all messages, directing calls and dealing with queries.
2. Undertake all routine administration
3. Assist with management of conference facilities
4. Sorting and processing mail
5. Maintenance of filing system
What you'll need to succeed
6. Proven admin experience
7. Strongmunication skills
8. Organised and able to work independently or as part of a team
9. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
10. Able to work Wednesday, Thursday & Friday on site
11. Must pass DBS check
