Robertson Bell are working with a public sector organisation to recruit a Senior Procurement Officer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible end-to-end procurement activities, including:
1. Managing procurement processes and competitions in line with public sector regulations (PCR )
2. Utilising e-sourcing tools and various frameworks
3. Drafting and negotiating contract terms
4. Conducting supplier performance evaluations and implementing corrective measures
5. Maintaining accurate procurement documentation
The ideal candidate will have:
6. Proven experience as a Procurement Officer, ideally in the public sector
7. Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, processes, and best practices
8. Proficiency in using e-sourcing portals and procurement software
9. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
10. The ability to work independently and prioritise a varied workload
This is a permanent, full-time role based in the offices two days per week.
