Coordination of documents processes including creation and sending of bundles, usage of online document systems, and sending correspondence to clients Management of diaries or order to work strategically in line with the business needs and ensuring all client requirements are covered Handling any initial queries from clients both internally and externally in a timely and professional manner Working closely with the team to ensure any holiday and absence is covered Intelligent support to the fee earners within the business whilst always thinking ahead Any other ad hoc duties in line with business needsYou must have the desire to progress within a busy commercial business within a support capacity.
