We are seeking highly skilled Business Analysts with a strong financial background to support the mapping and delivery of this critical project. You will play a key role in analysing financial data, influencing strategic decisions, and ensuring compliance across the service area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse financial reports provided by Business Analysts, identify issues, recommend solutions, and influence senior decision-makers.
* Ensure compliance with statutory, local, and corporate financial policies and procedures
* Collaborate with Service Heads to support effective forecasting and long-term financial planning.
* Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and financial processes.
* Maintain accurate records and manage financial databases effectively.
* Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing guidance and maintaining up-to-date support materials.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation projects (Oracle experience highly desirable).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
