At Gallagher, we're looking for an Integration Project Manager to join our UK Retail business. This is your chance to lead a fast-paced integration project that will have a significant impact on our operations, people, and revenue growth. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, business units, and external vendors to deliver results that matter. How you'll make an impact
In this role, you'll take charge of delivering a key integration project, ensuring it aligns with our Change Management Framework. You'll define the project's scope, timelines, and resources, while keeping everything on track. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with business units, retail divisions, and enterprise solutions teams to ensure smooth delivery. You'll also manage risks, liaise with external vendors, and create clear, effective documentation to keep everyone aligned. Your ability to adapt your communication style to different stakeholders will be key to your success.
You'll also:
* Manage project structures and teams for efficient delivery.
* Oversee risk assessments and mitigation activities.
* Work closely with IT and external vendors to achieve technology outcomes.
* Share knowledge and best practices with design transformation resources.
About You
Here's what you'll bring to the role:
* A Project Management certification like PMP, Prince 2, or MSP (preferred).
* Experience in insurance integration projects and a solid understanding of the requirements.
* Knowledge of business improvement and change management methodologies.
* Experience in insurance or financial services.
* The ability to communicate complex issues clearly, whether in presentations or discussions with senior stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to resolving conflicts and managing challenges.
* Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* A collaborative mindset to lead and motivate teams effectively.
* A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
* Eligibility to work in the UK, with the flexibility to travel to client sites.
