Responsibilities
* Provide desktop hardware installation services, including unboxing, installing kit to desk, connecting peripherals, power and network cables, and performing self‑tests.
* Start automated builds and execute simple scripted post‑login configurations.
* Maintain system records primarily in ServiceNow.
* Work variable shift patterns as business requires.
* Adhere strictly to procedures, scripts and policies.
Qualifications
* Basic technical skills for service delivery.
* Current UK driving licence and able to commute to Dundee.
* Flexibility to work varied shift days with notice.
