About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the People Programme Director on the MEH Programme at Hinkley Point C.
This is far more than a traditional PA role. You’ll act as a trusted partner, helping to manage priorities, coordinate across a complex stakeholder landscape and ensure the smooth running of key people and organisational initiatives.

What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a complex and fast-moving diary, ensuring priorities are aligned to programme objectives
* Act as a gatekeeper, managing and prioritising requests on behalf of the Director
* Prepare briefings, presentations and leadership materials
* Coordinate meetings across multiple senior stakeholders and partner organisations
* Track actions, risks and deliverables across key workstreams
* Support preparation for leadership meetings, boards and key programme forums
* Maintain structured systems for tracking priorities and communications
* Provide support across People Strategy and programme initiatives
* Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Who we're looking for
* You’ll be calm under pressure, highly proactive and confident working with senior stakeholders.
* You’ll bring structure to a fast-moving environment, anticipate needs and act as a critical enabler of leadership effectiveness
* Experience supporting senior executives in complex environments
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Ability to work at pace and manage competing priorities
* Strong stakeholder management and coordination experience
* High levels of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail
* Experience within infrastructure, construction or engineering environments - (desirable)
* Exposure to HR, programme or transformation delivery - (desirable)
* Experience working in multi-partner or matrix organisations (desirable)
