Overview

Responsibilities
The Role:
1. Lead and have accountability for the smooth running of the parts department.
2. Develop relationships with external suppliers and internal business areas.
3. Identify and order parts, dry goods, and sundries as required, and secure and label all parts to be returned.
4. Identify trends within our parts supply chain that result in failure or rework at the site.
5. Communicate with business leaders about possible delays and lead times.
6. Prioritize duties as agreed with site leaders to drive high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Desirable qualifications and experience include:
* Parts ordering/receipting processing and capability
* Strong customer-focused background
* Organizational and prioritizing skills
* Knowledge of insurance principles (desirable)
* Computer literacy
* Ability to work independently and innovatively
