Job Description
Our renewable platform includes hydroelectric, wind, solar, and storage projects worldwide. We seek a Manager, Treasury, based in London, to join our finance team. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, treasury operations, and supporting broader treasury functions across Europe.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, the Manager, Treasury will work with a team across London, Cork, and Madrid, managing investments and financial operations in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and report treasury, liquidity, and capital management activities
* Prepare cash flow forecasts, manage bank accounts, and ensure SOX compliance
* Assist with fund flow preparations and oversee payments
* Handle IFRS accounting and reporting, including month-end close and transactions
* Analyze P&L and Balance Sheet, prepare reconciliations
* Review quarterly IFRS group reporting
* Analyze financial and lending data from platforms
* Manage annual financial statements and external audits
* Prepare compliance certificates and lender reports
* Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
* Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Degree with 2:1 or higher
* 3-4 years post-qualified ACA/ACCA, preferably from top 10 firms, with sector experience
* Experience in treasury, debt management, and compliance reporting is advantageous
* Familiarity with OneStream and finance systems beneficial
* Strong accounting fundamentals
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
