Job : Senior Branch Manager Designate
Salary : £25,880 per annum (OTE £35,980)
Bonus: Fantastic annual bonus based on company performance
Hours : You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern over 5 days. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Branch Manager Designate with WBAC you will:
1. First-and-foremost our Senior Branch Manger Designates must model high performance when buying cars, whilst they support the Regional Manager in driving performance.
2. You will provide cover for the Regional Manager if needed and support all colleagues on the region to achieve their very best.
3. You are the main point of contact for our customers in your local branch.
4. Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
5. Competently and professionally lead the customer through the purchase journey, completing appraisals on cars, handling and processing of important documents and processing customer payments.
6. Always deliver exceptional customer service.
7. Assisting the Regional Manager to complete the smooth running of the region and compliance as per the company’s procedures.
8. Performing Branch Standard checks when visiting locations.
9. Identify the further support and coaching needs of colleagues and provide constructive, direct feedback and development points when required.

11. Reporting any potential threat to the business to your Divisional Manager.
12. Ensuring all diaries/rotas are set up as per the company instruction.
13. Ensuring all purchases are completed as per the company standard.
14. Required to provide temporary cover within other regions in the Division.
15. Complete all necessary tasks as set out by HR.
16. Required to assist in the completion of all purchases.
