Grade 3: £25,185 to £26,403 full time equivalent. Hours: 30.5 hrs per week (school term), 8:30am-3:30pm Mon‑Fri, plus 5 teacher training days (39 weeks per year). Salary pro‑rata 18,015‑18,886 (£18,015‑£18,886 for 30.5 hrs).
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team at Foxford School as a Teaching Assistant (Student Support Facilitator). You will be providing academic and pastoral support to specific students or groups of students within the school, some of whom will have Special Educational Needs. You will provide a specialism in behaviour support to enable our students to achieve their best, as well as covering for lessons when teachers are absent. You should already have experience of working with children and an understanding of how to motivate students to learn. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build positive relationships with students, parents and staff. We will play to your strengths and can offer you:
