Java Developer - Security Cleared

Clearance: Active SC required (with eligibility for UKIC DV)
Job Description
We're looking for skilled Java Developers to join a high-performing team working on enterprise-scale custom software solutions across cutting-edge digital and cloud-based architectures. You'll contribute to both client and server-side development, with a strong emphasis on agile methodologies, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and test complex multi-tier applications.
2. Enhance and maintain existing systems in response to changing requirements.
3. Support deployment into live environments and ensure reliable service.
4. Ensure alignment with both functional and non-functional requirements.
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong Java development expertise and familiarity with core open source frameworks.
* Experience in building scalable, resilient systems.
* Solid understanding of XP practices: TDD, pair programming, CI/CD.
* Agile mindset with hands-on experience in Agile delivery environments.
* Experience with React JS is highly desirable for front-end contributions.
This role requires active SC clearance and the ability to undergo UKIC DV vetting.
