TEXO Recruitment are currently looking for an Office Administrator for one of our external clients located in Blyth. This client specialises in multimodal transport, logistics, warehousing and customs services, providing seamless import-export solutions across the UK and Europe.
Role Details
* Contract: Temp to Perm (12 weeks temporary before permanent offer)
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
* Location: Blyth, Northumberland
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
* Maintain accurate stock records, process orders, and monitor inventory levels.
* Prepare, process, and track invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial reporting.
* Input, update, and manage data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
* Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and documentation.
* Support management with scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of documents.
* Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve discrepancies in stock, invoicing or data.
* Provide general office support, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and assisting colleagues as required.
